The buckwheat dragon elf Atlantis, renamed Ati, officially moved onto Flame Island, settling in the buckwheat plantation near Tinder City—the plantation had been established long before Ati arrived, because Liszt had originally acquired several buckwheat elf bugs.
Yet after forming the contract, Ati became rather taciturn.
Its mood remained gloomy.
When it first met Kali, the Man-Eating Tree Dragon Elf, at Tinder Castle, Kali had humiliated it thoroughly. Things like, "An elf nobody wants," "Pipsqueak, behave yourself," "You can't even speak Snake Script," "Useless trash—if you've got the skills, grow magical herbs too."
Fortunately, Ati did not yet understand Snake Script and had no idea what Kali had said.
After Liszt sternly reprimanded her, Kali did not continue making things difficult for Ati. She rarely stayed at Tinder Castle, often going out instead. Possessing earth-escape magic, Kali frequently took the Man-Eating Tree Cluster to explore everywhere in search of new varieties of man-eating trees, earning income for Liszt.
Her combat strength was not particularly great, but her survival skills were first-rate. After several failed attempts to dissuade her, Liszt simply let her do as she pleased.
"Ati, what activities do you usually enjoy?"
"Playing the piano."
"Oh, really? I also enjoy playing the piano. If I weren't so busy with work, perhaps I would have become a piano master."
"What can you play?" Ati was not particularly interested.
"I can play many pieces. Have you heard Für Elise?"
"I have. I can play it."
Liszt chuckled. "I heard this piece performed by an obscure pianist when I was young. Later, after I revised and polished it, the final score was set. I never expected that after only a few years, it would already have spread to the Eagle Kingdom."
Ati said in surprise, "You really can play the piano."
"When
