Luo Ye's third National Day since coming to Jiang University passed just like that.
Thinking back on it, during his first National Day, he had ended up going to his senior sister's hometown by a twist of fate. During his second, he returned to the capital. And during this third one, he went to the countryside with his senior sister.
After National Day ended, Jiang University welcomed another Sports Meet.
The autumn Sports Meet no longer held much appeal for third-year students.
Back in their first and second years, athletes had to be selected because there were simply too many people signing up.
By their third year, anyone who signed up could participate, because hardly anyone joined at all.
It was practically like a retirement home organizing a sports meet.
Even so, Dorm 515 had all signed up.
Tang Enqi, the Student Union President, found this rather incredible as well. After the Student Union's weekly meeting ended, she looked at this Sports Meet's event plan and her class's registration form, deep in thought.
Whenever the school held an event, the people from Dorm 515 always managed to come up with something new.
Since they had chosen to participate as a group, and there weren't enough athletes anyway, then they couldn't blame her...
Tang Enqi looked over the events the four of them had registered for, picked up a pen, and crossed them all out.
Then, beside several events that almost nobody had signed up for—such as the 3,000 meters, 1,500 meters, and 4x400 relay—she wrote down their names.
It was a third-year Sports Meet, after all. Participation was what mattered, and there was little sense of competition. She would have the four of them show up nice and neatly together.
As for the other events, although there were still fewer
