In the blink of an eye, Luo Ye had arrived at the check-in desk of a hotel in the capital.
The Xihongshi Platform event covered the attendees' round-trip travel, meals, and accommodations. Even though Luo Ye lived in the capital, they still provided all of that for him.

Since this event involved attending lectures, those gifts made sense.
Luo Ye was quite looking forward to the lectures of a Literature Department professor from Qingbei and recipient of an internationally renowned literary award.
Even so, Luo Ye had not come with the mindset of studying. He simply wanted to hear how those famous people understood novels.
