The skinny young man, standing six feet tall, asked beside Yu Qiuyu.
"It means you call up people who want to rent out their homes, then we go over, take pictures, post them online, and help the landlord find tenants."
"How do we make money?" Liang Zhengnan asked.
"We used to charge agency fees to both landlords and tenants. Now we don't charge tenants anymore, only landlords."
Yu Qiuyu explained patiently.
Although this new recruit was quite handsome and had a pleasant name, all she saw was the desire for money.
After all, when a new recruit she trained rented out a property, she could get a share of the commission too.

"I haven't graduated yet."
Yu Qiuyu thought for a moment before saying, "I'll graduate next semester."
"You're a senior."
Liang Zhengnan showed an envious expression.
He had never attended college, so whenever he saw college students, he felt somewhat inferior.
Though he was still young, those two years in the factory had worn away all his ambition. Whenever he saw fashionable people in the big city, he felt as though they belonged to a different world from him.
