Hearing that Luo Ye and Su Baizhou had already visited Jinli Ancient Street, Xu Xinian suggested they go to Kuanzhai Alley.
Kuanzhai Alley was similar to Jinli Ancient Street, just a little smaller. They were pretty much the same anyway.
That would also save them another trip to Jinli.
And so, Luo Ye took a taxi with his senior sister to Kuanzhai Alley.
In the car, Luo Ye looked at the oil-paper umbrella in his hand and noticed that parts of it had become wrinkled.

She shook her head to show that she did not know, then took out her phone and searched for information about it.
According to the internet, oil-paper umbrellas could provide sun protection, but they were not suitable for prolonged exposure to the sun.
It seemed Luo Ye could not keep holding the umbrella up all the time.
They had set off for the Panda Base at noon and played there for several hours. By the time they reached Kuanzhai Alley, it was already four in the afternoon.

Since traffic around the attraction was terribly congested, the driver did not take them all the way there after discussing it with them. He dropped them off several hundred meters away from Kuanzhai Alley instead.
The driver said that with the time they would spend stuck in traffic, they could have already entered the attraction.
And that was indeed the case.
After walking for around ten minutes, they arrived near Kuanzhai Alley, while the driver was still stuck on the road they had just left.
Before they even reached the entrance to
