Sun God Kaosi frantically swung the Sun God's Radiant Sword in his hand as he fled for his life, scattering sheets of divine sword light to block the unceasing barrage of massive-caliber destructive beams raining down from the sky.

These powerful weapons, which appeared to be entirely technological creations, were completely unlike the magitech they had anticipated.

The countless artillery strikes here all carried that bizarre Holy Light, both evil and sacred. They were not ordinary attacks at all.

At the very beginning, the gods' avatars had suffered greatly because of this.

The avatars of two deities had been blasted apart and annihilated on the spot.

And as the assault continued to descend, the space of the main plane gradually began to fill with that faint, evil Holy Light power.

The divine radiance around Kaosi had already begun to dim.

He had used all his strength to destroy thirteen of those massive warships, but the nearly endless number of warships behind them had driven him into complete despair.

"God!! Why? Why did enemies like this appear!!?"

A legendary assassin had relied on his formidable concealment skills to hold out until now before finally being struck.

Covered in blood, his legs blown off and his chest struck by an annihilation shell, he had already suffered a severe collapse. He clearly would not survive.

In despair, he looked up at the few remaining streaks of resisting divine light and tremblingly let out his final groan.

"Kill!!! I am the Golden Dragon King Beliserd!! I shall be invincible in battle!! Invincible in batt—" BOOM!!!

The Golden Dragon King in midair roared in fury, but was ultimately focused down by more than a dozen massive beams, swallowed by an enormous white light.

His voice cut off abruptly.

"Holy war!! Holy war!!"
