Planet after planet conquered by the Holy Light Corpse Demons slowly revolved around a massive star.

Numerous powerful Great Demons under the Holy Stone Military Department of the Holy Spirit Palace led patrol fleets on routine inspections along the edge of this core star system.

Within the enormous interstellar fleet, the ships were completely different from those of the Starry Sky Military Department.

Each warship here was surrounded by spinning dark-red rings, around which clusters of White Light continuously fluttered.

Just as the fleet carried out its routine patrol—

Deep-blue phantoms suddenly flickered into existence in the distant void.

Tens of thousands of deep-blue phantoms slowly sharpened from blur to clarity, as though tens of thousands of blue windows were being opened.

"What are those?? Spatial jump windows?"

Questions came through the patrol fleet's communication channel.

"No idea. There shouldn't have been any applications for large-scale jumps recently, right?"

"There weren't. So they're enemies?"

"Enemies? Are you kidding? Every military department could have enemies. Even the Starry Sky Military Department could be invaded. But us? Impossible."
