Ice-Snow Great Rift.
The mountain range stretched for hundreds of kilometers, blocking the roads between cities. The deeper one went into the mountains, the stronger the monsters became. There were even powerful Level 100-plus Bosses within. It was simply not a place current players could enter casually.
The only way to reach other cities was to enter the ancient Ice-Snow Ruins, activate its teleportation device, and travel to the ancient Teleportation Magic Array on the other side of the Ice-Snow Great Rift.
In order to reach other regions first while also earning Coldwind City Contribution Points, the major adventure groups and guilds had all sent teams to launch frenzied raids on the Ice-Snow Ruins.
The area surrounding the Ice-Snow Ruins had long been occupied by Ice Apes. Not only were these Ice Apes nimble, but they also armed themselves and fought like humans. Having adapted to the freezing environment, they possessed extremely high combat power. Even the weakest Ice Apes were Level 55-plus Chieftain monsters, with no shortage of Lord-ranked ones. Their patrol captains had even reached Grand Lord Grade.
Since this was the Ice Apes' nest, countless Ice Apes surrounded the Ice-Snow Ruins. Moreover, the closer one got to the ruins, the stronger the Ice Apes became. Ordinary elite teams could not even approach the Ice-Snow Ruins, much less challenge the Ice-Snow Ruins, a forbidden ground even the Ice Apes feared.
Not far from the Ice-Snow Ruins, a 100-man team was rapidly approaching. Facing the several dozen Ice Apes charging at them—including five Grand Lord Grade Ice Apes, over a dozen Lord-ranked ones, and the rest all Chieftain-ranked—the 100-man team still advanced with ease, making the other 100-man teams behind them deeply envious.
However, the teams behind them could only envy them, because this team was the main force
