As a deep voice rang out from the forest, the expressions of the members of the three major adventure groups darkened with grim solemnity. The three group leaders entangled in battle with Fire Dance, in particular, had turned livid.
"Was there more than one monster?"
Wind's Regret stared at the magic barrier gradually dissipating in midair, his expression extremely grave.
He knew the strength of that magic barrier very well. It had been maintained by eighty-eight magic-class players; even if a Tier 4 Legendary monster attacked it from outside, it would not be able to break it in just two or three hits.
Yet now, it had collapsed from a single strike!
The only possibility was that the other side had another monster, and one with immense strength—absolutely comparable to a Tier 4 Legendary monster, perhaps even stronger than the Fire Dance before them.
"One team actually has two monsters. Just who are they?" Helpless Smile frowned deeply as well, having never expected another monster to be among the opposing team.
The three of them had only barely managed to suppress Fire Dance by joining forces. If one more person arrived, the three of them likely would not be able to hold on.
"What are you afraid of? So what if there's another monster?" Fire Feather Drifting Down said firmly. "Don't forget that we have over five thousand people here. Aside from the three of us, we also have seven Demon Viscounts and nearly a hundred Demon Barons. Can't we handle one person?"
The reason only the three of them had acted in the earlier battle was entirely because they wanted to see just how far they could go against a monster. Moreover, if ordinary Tier 3 experts interfered in a battle at their level, they might produce the opposite
