The Fruit of Life was incomparably precious and rare. Its value could be said to far exceed that of a fourth-tier Adamantite Grade guard, because it could permanently elevate a player's life level. Moreover, it could be used on Adamantite Grade or even Dark Gold Grade guards, allowing them to advance further and giving them a greater chance of challenging the fifth-tier class.
Even if a fourth-tier guard with only Mithril Grade potential was raised to fourth-tier Adamantite Grade, it would merely result in a short-term surge in combat power. Once players reached Level 120, they could begin challenging the fourth-tier class. At that point, fourth-tier direct guards would become far less useful, at most serving as peak combat power.
