Before the grand, solemn ancient city gate, huge numbers of players stood in line to enter—tens of thousands in total. Quite a few Tier 3 experts were among them, and the magnificent sight left first-time visitors dumbstruck.

"There are way too many Tier 3 experts here. I feel like there are far more Tier 3 experts here than in Silver Moon City." A newly promoted Tier 3 member of the Azure Blue Chamber of Commerce clicked his tongue as he looked at the endless line.
Even now, Tier 3 experts remained rare. Within major powers, they were the backbone of their organizations. Yet here in Starlight Fortress, they seemed utterly commonplace. Roughly one out of every ten people was a Tier 3 expert—something unimaginable in Silver Moon City.
"I'd only heard before that quite a few experts seeking the Demon God inheritance had come to Starlight Fortress, but this number is just terrifying." Some had even attained the Flowing Water Realm, just like him.
"I think the mana here is quite special. It feels comfortable and perfect, and even my perception of mana has become much clearer," said a level 109 Tier 3 female Elementalist. "If we could rest and train here all the time, our mana control would definitely improve much faster than it would outside."
