Inside a temple built of wood, an elderly man with an aged face sat at the head, a staff in hand and anger written across his face.
Beside him, a young man in green said angrily, "This Pantheon of Myriad Gods is simply blind to all beneath its eyes. It formed only a short while ago, and its foundation is not even stable, yet it dares to demand that we submit or die. What outrageous arrogance."
A beautiful woman said haughtily, "Since they are asking to die, then we shall grant them their wish. A tiny faction made up of merely five gods actually dares call itself the Pantheon of Myriad Gods. Their arrogance has reached the heavens."
The middle-aged man at the side also agreed. "This is the first time I've seen people so arrogant, conceited, and tyrannical. This time, we should wipe them out directly and see if they dare say such things again."
A fair-skinned youth beside them chuckled. "There is no need for everyone to be angry. This Pantheon of Myriad Gods is courting death itself. It did not just send such a letter to us—it sent one to the other factions as well. Thirteen factions will crush it flat."
Hearing this, the young man in green laughed. "My God! Then we should act quickly as well. If we are late, the others will snatch away all the benefits."
The aged elder pondered for a moment. "Then gather the soldiers and destroy the Pantheon of Myriad Gods together."
Faced with this juicy piece of meat, the elder also wanted a share. In the Divine World, faith was the most precious resource. No god was unmoved by faith, so they would inevitably fight to seize it.
Everyone around him acknowledged the order, confident smiles on their faces.
