Twelve people sat at the head of the great hall, radiating immense auras that filled everyone with fear.
The white-haired elder seated in the middle spoke sternly, "By now, every faction in the Chaos World should know that the Son of Chaos has appeared. What do you think we should do about this?"
A cold young man said, "I want to find that Son of Chaos. If I can obtain his Origin Blood, I can easily advance my bloodline to the Saint grade."
Everyone present changed expression at those words. A middle-aged man in black immediately said, "You'd better not entertain that thought. He's the Son of Chaos—if you dare lay a finger on him, even the Eastern Alliance won't be able to protect you. We might even suffer a devastating blow because of it."
A monkey-faced young man quickly added, "Exactly. If you want to die, don't drag us down with you. We don't even want to offend ordinary Saint-grade factions, let alone an Origin Clan that has existed since the creation of the world."
A delicate woman tried to persuade them, "Stop arguing. I heard that this Son of Chaos only exposed his identity because a bronze fragment caused a phenomenon. That Chaos Holy Son should be collecting those bronze fragments. Do any of you know what those fragments might be?"
An ugly woman said, "I don't know. Since that Son of Chaos is collecting the bronze fragments, they should be connected to the Origin Clan. Perhaps we can use those fragments to find him."
A fat man said, "Let him be! So what if we find him? You wouldn't dare offend him anyway, and you'd have to treat him like an ancestor. I don't want anything to do with him."
