Several days later, Zhao Fu finally waited until the Corpse Demon King left the palace.
Zhao Fu said to the queen, consort, and the other women, "Leave first. Once this succeeds, I'll depart immediately!"
After several days of interaction, their relationship had grown much closer. The queen asked, "Do you really not need our help?"
Zhao Fu smiled. "No."
The queen was named Shi Gu Mi, while the consort was named Shi Ling Liu.
The two left the palace as Zhao Fu instructed, and Zhao Fu immediately began to act.
Corpse Paradise's entrance was guarded around the clock by heavily armed troops. Zhao Fu concealed himself in the void with his talent, making them unable to detect his presence, and arrived before the protective barrier.
Zhao Fu took out that mass of fresh blood and absorbed it into his body. Using the Eight Forbidden Blood Art, the blood spread through him like a bloody mist. An aura identical to that of the Corpse Demon King emanated from Zhao Fu; without looking at his face, it would be almost impossible to recognize him.
Zhao Fu stepped directly into the barrier, and the barrier showed no reaction whatsoever.
Corpse Paradise was even larger than Zhao Fu had imagined, as if he had entered another world. The sky here was dim and gray, corpses lay strewn across the ground, and a cold, sinister aura filled the surroundings, making one's hairs stand on end.
