A rootstock of unfathomable color silently extended from beneath the Dao Principle Seed.
The first rootstock advanced inch by inch toward the Divine Soul's coccyx, like a spine.
With every inch it advanced, two tiny rootlets branched off to the left and right!
Second by second, amid excruciating pain, the tips of those rootlets grew to the location of the coccyx—only, it was the coccyx of the Divine Soul!
A total of thirteen branch rootlets extended from each side, reaching all the way to the boundaries on either side of the Divine Soul.
At this point, Qi Fate was still pouring in, and a second rootstock grew out.
This time, it spread toward the Divine Soul's left arm, though it was located at the back of the hand.
For every inch the rootstock grew, another rootlet emerged from each of its left and right sides.
Winding in a small arc from the back of the hand, it grew to either side of the hand's back.
The rootstock ultimately grew to the back of the palm, and the rootlets it extended ran through the surfaces of all five fingers.
A third rootstock grew out as well. This time, it grew downward from the front of the Divine Soul, hanging down along the surface of the mouth, nose, chest, and abdomen, passing over the chest and belly to reach the perineum.
Likewise, for every inch it descended, rootlets grew out toward both sides, their tips connecting with the rootlets of the first rootstock.
In the end, they formed a complete cyclical structure.
Then came the fourth, the fifth—before long, twelve rootstocks had grown!
