Kushina looked at the man bound by several golden chains ahead of her, her gaze complicated.

The Adamantine Seal was a ninjutsu she had developed based on the Adamantine Sealing Chains. Unlike the Adamantine Sealing Chains, the chains of the Adamantine Seal could exist independently and did not need to remain connected to the user's body at all times.

As long as the summoned chains were not too far from the user's body and the user's chakra was not exhausted, the chains would remain in existence.

Compared with ordinary sealing techniques, the chains possessed stronger and more stable sealing power.

Land of Wind, Sunagakure!

Led by Chiyo, over a hundred ninja had gathered at Sunagakure's entrance. They were all Sunagakure's elite, each possessing the strength of a jonin.

Yet they all wore grim expressions, especially Chiyo, whose heart was filled with waves of sorrow.

On either side of the village entrance, countless sand walls had collapsed, leaving Sunagakure directly exposed to the sweeping yellow sands.

Although Naraku and the others had not deliberately attacked those buildings—and had in fact fought farther and farther away from Sunagakure—the battle between both sides had been so intense that its mere aftermath had shattered the sand walls.

In a battle of this level, not a single person in all of Sunagakure could participate. They found themselves wondering whether, even if the Fourth Kazekage were still alive, he could truly have led Sunagakure against Konoha's assault.

Clearly, the answer was no.

On the battlefield, after Kakashi defeated the Second Hokage, Naraku began a fierce counterattack against the First Hokage as well.

A powerful shockwave erupted in the air. The visible air rippled like waves, while even the ground trembled slightly.

Two enormous figures could be seen colliding. Their
