Thunderous roars rang out across the field without end. Kakashi and the two Raikage were all wrapped in dense arcs of electricity, with the sound of exploding lightning continuously erupting from their bodies.

Lightning was an exceptionally violent form of energy to begin with. Those who could develop its power to a certain extent were hardly ever weak, let alone these three.

There was naturally no need to mention the Third Raikage. He had developed Kumogakure's secret technique, the Lightning Release Armor, to an unprecedented third stage and was known as Kumogakure's strongest Raikage.

Even the Fourth Raikage was slightly inferior to him. His Lightning Release Armor had only reached the second stage, but even so, his strength still ranked among the best of the current Five Kage.

As for Kakashi, there was even less need to say. Ever since he developed Chidori at the age of twelve, he had displayed extraordinary talent in Lightning Release ninjutsu. On top of that, he had exchanged insights with Naraku and drawn from Kumogakure's Lightning Release Secret Technique.

With all those factors combined, his mastery of Lightning Release ninjutsu had now surpassed the Fourth Raikage's. Even compared to the Third Raikage, he was not the least bit inferior; their paths of development in Lightning Release were simply different.

Compared to the Third Raikage's Lightning Release Armor, which pursued ultimate defense, and the Fourth Raikage's, which pursued ultimate speed, Kakashi's development of Lightning Release leaned more toward offense and enhanced speed.

At this point, even without using the Flying Thunder God Technique, he could completely overwhelm the Fourth Raikage in speed.

Surrounded by blue lightning, Kakashi raised his head and looked at the Third Raikage across from him. The thunder tiger and black panther had both dissipated, ultimately canceling each other out.
