What surprised him was not the Thunder Cloud Pool's ability to recover, but the root of that recovery.
The lightning power within the Thunder Cloud Pool could slowly replenish itself. What did that mean? It meant there had to be something supplying it with energy. But what exactly was the source carrying that energy?
That was what was truly unfathomable.
Yang Chen took a deep breath. It would be a lie to say he did not want to get to the bottom of it.
So much lightning power came from a single treasure, a treasure capable of producing an endless supply of such power. What kind of treasure was that?
But Yang Chen quickly abandoned the thought.
He was certainly not the first person to discover this. Yet since this object still existed today, there had to be a reason it could not be touched—or perhaps even investigated.
A man's heart was never satisfied, like a snake trying to swallow an elephant. Yang Chen shook his head and swiftly reined in his greed.
When it was time to stop while ahead, it was best to stop while ahead.
Yang Chen thought to himself, If I get the chance in the future, I hope I can return to the Thunder Cloud Pool a few more times to cultivate my Benlei Stance. I feel that my Benlei Stance has not yet reached its limit. But even for me, entering the Thunder Cloud Pool probably isn't something I can do whenever I please.
One could almost guess it with a little thought: the number of times a person could enter the Thunder Cloud Pool in their lifetime was likely limited.
"Come to think of it, my current Benlei Stance probably can no longer be called merely the Benlei Stance," Yang Chen muttered to
