"There's another mountain range." Yang Chen's eyes widened in shock. "It seems the Pingyang Mountain Range is far larger than I imagined. The area I was in just now was only one side of it."
"Yang Chen, there are far more Dao slaves at this end of the valley than in the place we came from before," the Seven-Colored Peacock said.
Yang Chen nodded. He spread out his Soul probe and discovered a vast number of Dao slaves here. At his previous location, one would have to travel for half an hour before possibly encountering one or two Dao slaves. Here, however, just within the range of his Soul probe, he could see more than twenty.
"The difference in the number of Dao slaves is like heaven and earth. More importantly, there aren't many factions here. It seems many factions still haven't found this place," Yang Chen said.
This was also what puzzled him.
If such a place existed within the Pingyang Mountain Range, Great Emperor Hua Wu and Great Emperor He Tan could not possibly have failed to mention it at all.
But after thinking it over carefully, Yang Chen understood.
That was right. His strength did not make him part of the main force, so He Tan and Hua Wu naturally would not explain such matters to him. They had most likely told Wang Tong and the other main forces. He had come here entirely to gain experience, so he could lay a foundation for the future.
"Still, although most factions know such a place exists, the range they can search with their Soul probes is limited after all. That makes discovering this place exceedingly difficult. Even with this pearl, if I hadn't observed carefully, I might not have noticed that valley and passed through the thick fog
