Last time, he had obtained quite a few materials from the Transcendent Realm Ghost Venerable. It had to be said that they had benefited him immensely, allowing Yang Chen to initially meet the requirements for cultivating the third level of the Forbidden Divine Art.
Still, he only initially met them.
What did initially meeting them mean?
Before cultivating the third level of the Forbidden Divine Art, he needed to cultivate another supporting technique. This supporting technique was called Divine Roam Thousand Miles.
Divine Roam Thousand Miles could turn the soul into an invisible state and travel a thousand miles away, completely exceeding the original range of Soul Projection. It was truly an excellent scouting technique.
This move greatly tempted Yang Chen.
After all, in most circumstances, even though his Soul Realm was quite high, he still faced risks when using his soul to scout enemies.
This was because when his soul swept over an enemy, he could not use it to protect himself. If he entered the enemy's soul range as well, then the enemy's soul could cover him while his own soul was unable to defend him. Even if his Soul Realm surpassed the other party's by a level, he would still risk being detected.
