So Awkward

The atmosphere of the meeting was extremely cordial. Director Wu Chengjie, Deputy Director of the Municipal Education Bureau, and Li Yuhua, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Communist Youth League Committee, were in the principal's office, exchanging views with Liu Peihua, the principal of No. 17 High School, regarding student moral education during the current period.

As the protagonist of the incident, Su Ke sat quietly on the sofa, glancing intentionally or otherwise at Li Yuhua opposite him, while Director Wu and Secretary Li sat on the sofa on the other side.

Deputy Secretary Li Yuhua wore a short-sleeved chiffon blouse with a pure white base covered in black polka dots. It was a slim-fit style, and a ribbon bow tied below the collar effectively concealed her full, firm bust. She wore a black tube skirt with the hem of her blouse tucked in. Her legs were pressed together and tilted slightly to one side. She wasn't wearing the trendy stockings common these days, which only made the skin on her legs appear smoother and more delicate.

The curve of her legs was graceful, with not an ounce of excess fat on her knees, making them look very toned. Her hands were folded over her thighs, and Su Ke even found himself wondering if he might catch a glimpse of the scenery inside her skirt if she weren't pressing her hands down.

He shook his head slightly; this was hardly the right occasion for his mind to wander. But in truth, this Deputy Secretary Li from the Youth League Committee did possess a unique charm.

Her jet-black hair was coiled at the back of her head, revealing a smooth forehead and giving her a capable appearance. Her face was lightly powdered, an oval face that was beautiful and moving, and her gaze was extremely gentle. Combined with her black-and-white attire, she gave off an elegant and dignified air.

Seeming to sense Su Ke's gaze, Li Yuhua turned her head slightly and met his eyes. Su Ke was so startled that he lowered his head, his little heart beating uncontrollably fast.

It was impossible to tell this woman's age from her appearance; she could have been twenty-seven or eight, or perhaps thirty-one or two. Her skin was tender and full of youthful vitality, yet her conversation carried a mature sense of composure.

Fortunately, the women's restroom was at the end of the corridor. Watching Li Yuhua walk inside, he finally let out a sigh of relief. For some reason, standing at the entrance of the women's restroom felt very awkward. Even though he knew he couldn't see anything, he still glanced at the door like a thief.

The teaching building was very quiet. Su Ke moved closer and pricked up his ears. A creaking sound came from inside, presumably Li Yuhua opening a stall door, but the expected sound of running water never came, leaving him feeling a faint sense of disappointment.

Waiting is a grueling task, especially in the spot where Su Ke was standing. The corridor was deathly silent, and bored to tears, he leaned against the wall.

Why is she taking so long? Su Ke muttered to himself, unable to resist glancing at the door again. Although only a few minutes had passed, it felt like a year to him. Su Ke paced back and forth at the entrance, glancing toward the door from time to time. Although he couldn't see anything, he hoped that in the next second, Secretary Li would walk out. Just then, a task notification chime rang out.
