He glared at the ninja before him, breathing hard. "Are you sure? Kumogakure's ninja have already reached the Land of Fire's defensive line, and the Raikage has refused every form of reconciliation?"
"Yes, Lord Hokage!"
The ninja was covered in wounds, enduring intense pain. "The Raikage is already on the battlefield. In just one day, he seized a tenth of the Land of Fire's territory with the might of a thunderbolt! If this continues... the entire Land of Fire will fall!"

Kumogakure had launched the war far too quickly.

"If Hyuga Kagami hadn't killed those Kumogakure ninja, why would the Raikage be so enraged? Why would he attack Konoha?!"
Veins bulged across his forehead as he flew into a rage!
The Land of Fire had suffered such tremendous losses.
If they couldn't completely defeat Kumogakure and win the war, he... might be removed from office!
