Background

Yuhi Shinku rose without the backing of a major clan, relying on personal talent to modify and create powerful genjutsu. His experience of seeing a small clan destroyed after becoming involved with Danzō's Root made him deeply wary of Konoha's higher authorities and the fate of valuable secret techniques. 36
