The East Region Council on Godslayer Island, Miss Northern Bird is Very Strange

After leaving the Nature Commerce Pavilion, the same four rainbow unicorns pulled the splendid carriage, spreading their wings and soaring into the sky.

With rainbow light flowing around it, the carriage transformed into a dazzling streak and sped straight toward the deepest reaches of the City of Abundance.

Although the City of Abundance's unique urban architecture and highly open, free order had already given Lynn quite a surprise yesterday, this trip to the Wizard Council's East Region branch held little that was unexpected.

The Wizard Council's East Region branch was undoubtedly located at the very heart of the City of Abundance.

This was true both on the ground and in the sky.

That was only reasonable.

As the central hub of the entire City of Abundance, it had no need for unconventional designs.

The more central a place was, the more it pursued solemnity, grandeur, and purity.

Unlike the Nature Commerce Pavilion's ancient tree that connected heaven and earth as a single whole, the Wizard Council was still divided into two major sections: the ground and the sky.

Though the two were linked by numerous teleportation arrays, floating stairways, and spatial passages, Lynn, Northern Bird, and the others had made an appointment in advance yesterday. There was no need to land; they only needed to guide the carriage directly toward the aerial district.

As a streak of rainbow light tore across the sky, after a brief flight, the Nature Commerce Pavilion's carriage finally arrived outside the Wizard Council East Region branch.

Below lay one magnificent palace and pavilion after another, rolling onward in endless ranks, packed closely together like fish scales.
