Ch. 222Level 3 Sorcery Template

Lynn chose the Level 3 wind-element spell Sky Soar Chasing Flash to improve his movement, then used the Golden Balance to enter the deepest part of the Scenery. There, the balance opened a golden gate filled with treasures, and Lynn approached it eagerly.

  • Lynn reviewed the Spirit Eye Wizard's spell inheritances and decided that Echo of Vitality already provided sufficient defense, while Ivgried made new offensive spells unnecessary.
  • Lynn selected the Level 3 displacement spell Sky Soar Chasing Flash and ordered the Spirit of the Furnace to monitor Aquila's people.
  • Lynn left the Spirit Eye Furnace and traveled through Emerald Island Forest toward the Scenery.
  • Lynn activated the Golden Balance and used its power to bypass the Scenery's levels and fly to its central core.
  • Lynn resonated the Golden Balance with the balance statue, opening a golden gate that revealed countless treasures.

Ch. 223God Blood Wine

Lynn entered the Treasury of Temptation in [Scenery] and found that its Tier 5 treasures had disappeared, but he used the Golden Balance to obtain God Blood Wine for strengthening his spiritual power. As the wine began to break through his bottleneck, Aquila received an urgent report that Lynn had returned to [Scenery].

  • Aquila's subordinates sent him a Level One mission report saying that the man suspected to be Lynn had returned to [Scenery].
  • Lynn opened the Treasury of Temptation and discovered that all its Tier 5 treasures were missing.
  • Lynn selected God Blood Wine from the treasures that could strengthen spiritual power, despite knowing that divine blood would mark him as an enemy of the gods.
  • Lynn exchanged his knowledge of the Civilization of Gods through the Golden Balance and obtained several bottles of God Blood Wine.
  • Lynn drank some God Blood Wine, and his spiritual power surged as it began to overcome its bottleneck.

Ch. 224Breakthrough to Level Three

Lynn used God Blood Wine to reach the peak of Level 2 Wizard, then learned that Aquila had been alerted to his intrusion into [Scenery]. With Aquila still away, Lynn began breaking through to Level 3 by using the Jade Amber Fruit and God Blood Ice Crystal, and started engraving his third Permanent Spell Mark.

  • Lynn refined God Blood Wine in [Scenery], steadily compressing his spiritual power until only a thin layer of gas remained.
  • Great Wizard Illusion Realm told Great Wizard Silver Gray that an intruder had triggered an anomaly in [Scenery] and ordered him to stabilize the situation while Aquila returned.
  • The Spirit of the Furnace monitored Great Wizard Silver Gray and relayed his conversation and planned actions to Spirit Eye Wizard, who informed Lynn.
  • Lynn learned that Aquila had been alerted but had not yet returned, and confirmed his spiritual power had reached 275 points, the limit of Level 2 Wizard.
  • Lynn chose to break through using the Jade Amber Fruit and God Blood Ice Crystal, swallowed the fruit, and began engraving his third Permanent Spell Mark.

Ch. 225Level 3 Great Wizard

Lynn completed his Level 3 breakthrough and became a Great Wizard, then left [Scenery] to absorb wind energy and confront Silver Gray. He killed Silver Gray and his subordinates, destroyed the tracking curse, and turned toward Aquila’s remaining forces.

  • Lynn completed the Sky Soar Chasing Flash wizardry mark and reached Level 3 Great Wizard.
  • Silver Gray learned that a powerful wind-energy eruption had appeared and led his wizards to surround Lynn.
  • Silver Gray recognized Lynn as a wanted wizard and ordered his forces to attack.
  • Lynn used Sky Soar Chasing Flash and nature-based attacks to kill Silver Gray’s subordinates and then Silver Gray.
  • Lynn shattered Silver Gray’s lingering tracking curse and rushed toward Aquila’s surviving subordinates.

Ch. 226Aquila's Countermeasure

After learning that Aquila planned to search for the intruder in [Scenery], Lynn weighed the danger of remaining in the Kingdom of Aeluria and sought intelligence about Furnace Stone’s factions. He prepared to travel there to find a powerful ally against Aquila, then left the royal palace under cover of night.

  • Lynn emptied the [Scenery] Treasury of Temptation and the Spirit Eye Furnace, including removing the Spirit of the Furnace.
  • Lynn concluded Aquila’s arrival could expose him, but killing Aquila would provoke the entire Furnace Stone, so he decided to seek protection from one of Aquila’s rivals.
  • Lynn contacted Great Wizard Zal of the Night Shadow Furnace and asked about Furnace Stone’s current situation.
  • Great Wizard Zal described Furnace Stone’s factions, and Lynn identified several possible allies, including Ophiuchus, Andromeda, and Pegasus.
  • Lynn handled affairs in the Hall of Life, visited Queen Astrid in the Kingdom of Aeluria, and attended several royal gatherings.
  • A pitch-black dragon shadow left the royal palace and drifted into the night sky.

Ch. 227Five-Star City

Lynn traveled from the Kingdom of Aeluria toward Furnace Stone's core and reached Five-Star City, where he began learning about the wizard city from a local guide. Meanwhile, the Grand Wizard of the Dream Realm learned that Aquila could not return and was ordered to enlist Sirius and Ald to pursue the intruder in the Scenery.

  • Lynn rode the Black Dragon across the Black Wizard Territory and chose open Five-Star City as a stop with teleportation routes deeper into Furnace Stone.
  • The Grand Wizard of the Dream Realm learned that Silver Gray and his team had died after Silver Gray entered the Scenery without authorization.
  • Aquila reported that the Civilization of Gods had attacked Morning Star Wizards and ordered the Grand Wizard of the Dream Realm to recruit Sirius and contact Ald.
  • Lynn arrived above Five-Star City, stored the Black Dragon, and drew attention by revealing his strength.
  • A level-two female wizard approached Lynn, and he followed her into the city to learn what Five-Star City offered.

Ch. 228Nature Wizard?

Lynn stayed in Five-Star City while waiting for a teleportation ship to Flowing Cloud Tower, studying spells and attending an exclusive auction. At the auction, he noticed a mysterious woman whose presence seemed to resonate with his Ivgried, suggesting she might be a Nature Wizard.

  • Lynn paid Jessie for a ticket to Flowing Cloud Tower, booked five nights in the Star Tower, and learned about the upcoming underground auction.
  • Lynn studied first-rank and second-rank spells, reflected on the purpose of the Spirit Eye Furnace's spell laboratory, and thought of Rosalind, Maple Tree, and the Spirit of the Blue Sky.
  • Three days later, Jessie escorted Lynn through the Five-Star Auction House's security checks to its private auction gathering.
  • Lynn examined the auction offerings, became interested in the Book of Byron, and set a maximum price for it.
  • Lynn noticed a robed woman at the auction and felt his Ivgried tremble, making him suspect she was a Nature Wizard.

Ch. 229Friction and Taking Down

Lynn spotted a rare Nature Wizard among the Five-Star Auction House’s slaves and competed with the Maroen Family to buy her. He secured her and the Book of Byron, but a problem arose when the auction deliveries reached him.

  • Lynn recognized a female slave as a Nature Wizard and decided to acquire her, learning that five guests had already bid up her price.
  • Lynn raised his offer to four hundred thousand Magic Stones after a Maroen Family wizard repeatedly outbid him.
  • A young Maroen wizard demanded that Lynn withdraw in exchange for the family’s friendship, but Lynn mocked the family and refused to yield.
  • The Maroen wizards threatened Lynn and left the auction house without acting against him there.
  • Lynn won the Nature Wizard for four hundred thousand Magic Stones and also acquired the Book of Byron, while failing to win several other items.
  • The auction house delivered the Nature Wizard and the Book of Byron to Lynn, but a problem arose.

Ch. 230Departure and Teleportation

After the Maroen Family took the Nature Wizard from the auction, Lynn tracked down and killed the two wizards escorting her, then rescued her and escaped their tracking spells. He left Five-Star City with her for Flowing Cloud Tower before the Maroen Family arrived, heading toward the Furnace Stone.

  • The consignor withdrew the Nature Wizard from the auction, so Lynn collected the Book of Byron and his compensation, then suspected the Maroen Family had arranged it.
  • Lynn used Ivgried to locate the Maroen Family wizards and attacked them outside Five-Star City with his Black Dragon and a barrage of leaves.
  • Lynn rescued the Nature Wizard, killed Thomas and Lori, and transferred the tracking marks from their corpses to his Spirit Eye Wizard.
  • Lynn returned to Five-Star City and spent two days cracking the slave collar without removing it.
  • Lynn left Five-Star City with the Nature Wizard through the teleportation array bound for Flowing Cloud Tower, while the Maroen Family arrived too late to catch him.

Ch. 231Clara Davis

Lynn removed Clara Davis’s slave collar and learned that she came from the eastern Davis Family, the same family as his mentor, Rosalind Davis. Suspecting Clara was withholding information, he attempted to search her memories but stopped when her spiritual domain’s self-destruction defenses threatened to kill them both.

  • Lynn booked a first-rate residence in Flowing Cloud Tower and took the still-unconscious Nature Wizard there.
  • Lynn removed Clara’s slave collar, and she gradually regained consciousness and recognized him.
  • Clara told Lynn her name, said she came from the eastern Wizard World, and described fleeing her family’s upheaval before being enslaved near Five-Star City.
  • Lynn suspected Clara’s story was incomplete and used his spiritual pressure and the secret art “Live and Die Together” to probe her mind.
  • Clara’s contracted Glowgrass defended her spiritual domain, and she warned that forcing entry would trigger its collapse.
  • Lynn sensed the self-destruction mechanism and withdrew his plant fibers before Clara’s spiritual domain could collapse.

Ch. 232Furnace Stone

Lynn traveled with Clara to the Furnace Stone, learning about the Eastern Region, the Nature Divine Dynasty, and the Davis Family along the way. He arrived at Furnace Stone’s central headquarters seeking a powerful backer to help him reach the Morning Star realm, and was left awestruck by its fantastical landscape.

  • Clara explained the Eastern Region’s professional wizard factions, the Nature Divine Dynasty, and the Davis Family’s declining Blue Sky Lineage.
  • Lynn suspected Clara’s cousin was Rosalind and that the Blue Sky Lineage secret involved the Spirit of the Blue Sky, but kept his thoughts to himself.
  • Lynn focused on finding a powerful backer at the Furnace Stone while traveling with Clara and advancing his spiritual power to 303 points.
  • Lynn and Clara reached Furnace Stone’s central headquarters through its extensive teleportation network and were ordered off the teleportation array by its harsh staff.
  • Lynn surveyed Furnace Stone’s immense, surreal landscape of inverted waterfalls, gigantic beasts, and strange creatures in the sky.

Ch. 233Hearthstone Daily and Hercules

Lynn sought protection from Constellation Wizards in the Furnace Stone after learning Aquila had sent Sirius and a Wizard Council Enforcer Wizard against him. When Ophiuchus refused to intervene, Lynn offered Hercules the divine body of the Goddess of the Weave in exchange for protection, and Hercules's disciple Green Jefferson immediately agreed to meet him.

  • Lynn used Spirit Eye Wizard’s credentials to obtain a Level 4 Hearthstone Daily and learned that conflict between Wizard Civilization and Civilization of Gods was intensifying.
  • Lynn contacted Ophiuchus for protection, but Ophiuchus refused and warned him that Aquila had enlisted Sirius and a Wizard Council Enforcer Wizard to deal with him.
  • Lynn concluded that Ophiuchus and Sirius could not help him and decided to seek support from Hercules through his disciple, Green Jefferson.
  • Lynn offered Hercules the divine body of the Goddess of the Weave in exchange for protection from Aquila’s allies.
  • Green Jefferson replied that he would come find Lynn immediately.

Ch. 234Hercules–Corona Borealis Great Wall

Lynn met Green Jefferson and used a strand of the Goddess of the Weave’s hair to persuade Hercules to receive him. Green brought Lynn into Furnace Stone’s Core Area, where Lynn saw Hercules’s extraordinary creations and the vast star-filled realm called the Hercules–Corona Borealis Great Wall.

  • Lynn posed as Spirit Eye Wizard’s student and messenger while meeting Green Jefferson, who agreed to bring him before Hercules if the offered treasure impressed his teacher.
  • Green summoned Hercules through a token, and Lynn presented the Goddess of the Weave’s hair; Hercules ordered Green to bring Lynn to him.
  • Green led Lynn through Furnace Stone’s Core Area and showed him colossal creatures and an abyssal region that Hercules had created.
  • Lynn saw the immense, balanced energy environment and arrived with Green at Hercules’s residence and Wizard Tower.
  • Lynn looked into the rift above the tower and saw a vast universe linked by chains of stars, which Green identified as the Hercules–Corona Borealis Great Wall.

Ch. 235Hercules' True Form Returns

Lynn witnessed the Hercules–Corona Borealis Great Wall and waited with Green for Hercules to return in person. Hercules arrived at the Wizard Tower and recognized a divine mark hidden within Lynn, revealing the mark of the Goddess of the Weave.

  • Lynn saw that the Great Wall of Stars consisted of countless plane worlds conquered by Hercules and felt awe at the wizard’s power.
  • Green led Lynn to the top of the Wizard Tower, where wizards prepared the Gate of Stars for an impending event.
  • The rift overhead expanded as Hercules began returning to the Wizard World with his true body.
  • Hercules crossed through the rift and appeared on the tower platform, overwhelming Lynn with his presence before restraining his aura.
  • Hercules noticed Lynn’s divine gaze and unusual auras, then touched his shoulder and revealed the Goddess of the Weave’s mark.

Ch. 236Hercules Body and Hercules Formation

Hercules identified the divine mark on Lynn as a chief god’s tracking spell and accepted Spirit Eye Wizard’s offer of the Goddess of the Weave’s divine body. He warned Lynn that the mark could endanger him, then arranged for Green to give him two teachings while Hercules studied the divine body.

  • Hercules inferred that Spirit Eye Wizard had defeated a living god and transferred its dying spell onto Lynn, then examined the strand of hair Lynn had brought.
  • Hercules recognized the hair as belonging to an avatar of the Goddess of the Weave and agreed to the transaction with Spirit Eye Wizard.
  • Hercules offered to help resolve Lynn’s divine mark after receiving and studying the divine body, and sent Green to escort Lynn and finalize the arrangements.
  • Green took Lynn to the library and gave him the books Hercules Body and Hercules Formation as preparatory study materials.
  • Lynn signed an inheritance contract with Green, which granted him the right to study the two books while forbidding him from sharing their teachings or secrets.

Ch. 237The Meteorite Council Reappears

Lynn studied the incomplete Hercules Body and Hercules Formation under Green’s guidance while returning to the Hall of Life. Meanwhile, Sirius and Ald set out toward Emerald Island Forest, and Lynn discovered that the Meteorite Council had contacted Spirit Eye Wizard and demanded his assistance.

  • Lynn summoned Clara and traveled home with Green, who guided him through the Hercules books and the risks of changing cultivation paths.
  • Sirius met with Enforcer Wizard Ald after Ald arrived through a high-grade Wizard Council teleportation formation.
  • Sirius and Ald discussed the plans surrounding the Nightmare Rift and Sirius’s hopes of advancing his bloodline before heading toward Emerald Island Forest.
  • Lynn remotely controlled Spirit Eye Wizard and reviewed his memories, learning that the Meteorite Council had demanded assistance from him.
  • Lynn realized the Meteorite Council’s request threatened the peaceful cultivation period he had secured through Hercules’s protection.

Ch. 238Sirius Arrives

Lynn returned to the Hall of Life, reviewed its growth and the fates of former Furnace Stone members, and prepared to meet Green as the Spirit Eye Wizard. Before that meeting could happen, Enforcer Wizard Ald and Sirius arrived to investigate the Hall of Life, which they suspected of being behind the region’s unusual events.

  • Green left the Hall of Life after Lynn promised to contact him when the Spirit Eye Wizard returned.
  • Helen, Bodo, and Mona reported that the Hall of Life had expanded throughout the Kingdom of Aeluria, and Helen said Wizard Drey and the Black Snake Wizard had joined it while Remy and Yara had settled among mortals.
  • Lynn decided that the Hall of Life needed a formal charter and summoned the Spirit Eye Wizard to prepare for a transaction with Green.
  • Lynn considered whether Hercules intended to use the divine mark on his body to lure out the Goddess of the Weave and reflected on his newly mastered Hercules Body.
  • Nine days later, Enforcer Wizard Ald and Sirius descended upon the Hall of Life with a powerful wave of spiritual energy.
  • Sirius told Ald that the Hall of Life’s rapid rise and mysterious backing made it their chief suspect in the Three Kingdoms region.

Ch. 239Four Morning Star Wizards

Lynn learned that Sirius and Enforcer Wizard Ald had arrived at the Hall of Life, and chose to meet them using his Spirit Eye Wizard identity while Wizard Green came as Hercules’s disciple. The Silver Moon Snow Wolf King’s pressure nearly paralyzed the faction, but Green and the Spirit Eye Wizard arrived as reinforcements, leaving four Morning Star Wizards facing off above the Hall of Life.

  • Lynn recognized Sirius and Ald outside the Hall of Life and anticipated that Ald might identify him and pursue their old grudge.
  • Lynn assumed the Spirit Eye Wizard identity and contacted Wizard Green, who came to the Hall of Life with him.
  • Sirius summoned the Level 5 Silver Moon Snow Wolf King, whose wolf might overwhelmed the Hall of Life’s defenses and nearly paralyzed its wizards.
  • Helen, Bodo, and Mona found Lynn calmly reading a beginner spellbook in his tower as the crisis unfolded.
  • Wizard Green and the Spirit Eye Wizard arrived, suppressing the wolf might and revealing two Morning Star reinforcements to the Hall of Life.
  • Sirius recognized Wizard Green as Hercules’s disciple, while Ald recognized the Spirit Eye Wizard, and the four Morning Star Wizards faced one another in the sky.

Ch. 240Finally Free

Lynn secured a peaceful period of growth after Hercules took control of the Emerald Island Forest Scenery and Green completed a deal for the Goddess of the Weave’s divine body. He began systematically rebuilding his knowledge, strengthening his spiritual power, and preparing to repair a Gate of Stars.

  • Green explained that Hercules had lawfully taken over the Emerald Island Forest Scenery and that the Hall of Life was its monitoring node, persuading Sirius and Ald to withdraw.
  • Ald asked Spirit Eye Wizard to describe the Scenery and the two wanted Nature Wizards, and Lynn used Spirit Eye Wizard to give him a mostly truthful but misleading account.
  • A month later, Spirit Eye Wizard and Green completed their contract, and Green took the Goddess of the Weave’s complete divine body.
  • Lynn began a long-term plan focused on mastering wizard fundamentals, rebuilding his knowledge through study and experiments, and raising his spiritual power.
  • Lynn also planned to repair the damaged Gate of Stars within Spirit Eye Wizard’s The Furnace and study the path to becoming a Morning Star Wizard.
  • Lynn handed the Hall of Life’s daily operations to three Level 3 Great Wizards and settled into years of peaceful development.

Ch. 241A Hasty Decade

Ten years of peace and steady growth made the Hall of Life the kingdom’s foremost supernatural power while Lynn advanced toward becoming a Morning Star Wizard. After the Gate of Stars’ successful activation transformed the sky above the Hall, Lynn learned it could receive coordinates from the World Sea, leaving him ready to begin planar investigations.

  • Over ten years, Lynn built the Hall of Life into an orderly, widely respected institution, and even outside Level 3 Great Wizards sought to join it.
  • Quentin showed two new female apprentices around the Core Area and explained the Mission Hall and the guarded tower where the Lord of the Hall cultivated.
  • A golden light burst from the tower and magical ripples cleared the dark clouds, astonishing the apprentices and everyone who witnessed the sky change.
  • Helen reported to Lynn that the Gate of Stars had activated successfully and received coordinate fluctuations from the World Sea for an initial planar investigation.
  • Lynn reflected that he had reached 351 points of spiritual power and that the Gate of Stars, which he had spent ten years repairing, was finally fully functional.
