Are You All Happy Today?

What did you all think of this Douluo fanfic? Did it make you laugh? Make you happy? Fill you with joy?

If it could offer you a little comfort for the soul amid the busyness of real life, if it could bring a knowing smile to your face in times of frustration, then Chuchu's merits would be boundless—lotuses blooming with every step, Amitabha.

Chuchu once had a Little Vest account (Old Man: "You little brat, have you turned the world upside down?!") and wrote another Douluo fanfic, set against the backdrop of Douluo II. But under the threat of the God King, that book was as oppressive and stifling as Earth's civilization after learning that the Three-Body Fleet was on its way. To survive, everyone in it had to trade sacrifice after sacrifice for growth.

Chuchu really disliked that kind of depressing plot. That protagonist, Chen Fu, kept giving Chuchu attitude all day long. Chuchu told him to go fall in love and enjoy daily life, but in the end, he lost his girlfriend—and lost himself too.

That was why Chuchu wrote this Douluo story: to enjoy the happiness in life, so that you all could find little flashes of inspiration in its jokes and smile knowingly amid this gaudy world.

Chuchu didn't know whether this book was any good, or whether its results could meet expectations. Chuchu couldn't set expectations without permission; setting them on a whim would only lead to disappointment on a whim.

The overall tone of this book was humorous, lighthearted, and cheerful: enjoying the joy of wisdom, the pride of driving an era forward, and the warmth of a happy, harmonious family.

No killing, no robbing, no fussing, no fighting. It was filled from start to finish with youthful spirit and heroic young figures. There was warmth amid the horseplay, joy amid the bickering; all who came were friends, and all who left were guests. (Please memorize the entire text.)

Chuchu hoped to paint a different kind of Douluo for you all—traditional yet untraditional, ordinary yet far from plain. Being ordinary could also be extraordinary.
