"No time!"
Senju Hashirama stood up and teased Senju Tobirama. Tobirama swatted Hashirama's hand off his shoulder with a look of disgust, then vanished using a space-time ninjutsu.
Seated on the first floor of the Ninjutsu Pavilion, Mingye carefully studied every ninjutsu scroll. Ever since he had been crippled at the age of three, he had not truly devoted much effort to studying ninjutsu. Everything he was doing now was remedial work. Moreover, his Mangekyō Sharingan seemed to possess a very unique ability: it could perfectly copy every ninjutsu he saw, including Kekkei Genkai. Though he had yet to test it, Mingye vaguely felt that he truly could do it. However, aside from the limitations of his body, he also had another flaw—he was not very familiar with the Five Elements Ninjutsu. That was why, after finishing the first floor of the Ninja Academy and the Ninjutsu Pavilion, he came here every day to study ninjutsu.
The first floor of the Ninjutsu Pavilion had now completely become the Ninja Academy's library. The highest-ranked techniques here were C-rank, while countless miscellaneous techniques filled the shelves. This decision had been implemented after Senju Hashirama took office. It was not really a big deal. In Konoha, ninjutsu was as common as rotten cabbages on the street. Ask any passerby, and they could tell you a simple B-rank ninjutsu. Only A-rank techniques might make Konoha ninja blink in surprise—and even then, it was merely curiosity over how many A-rank techniques you had to show off. Obtaining ninjutsu in Konoha was simply too easy.
"Wu, you're still here? I really admire you. You've been coming here nonstop for an entire week!"
As Mingye read through the descriptions of several C-rank techniques, Sarutobi Hiruzen's voice came from behind him. In stark contrast to the meticulous, silent,
