"Don't even think about it!"
Knowing full well that he could never break the so-called Susanoo, Kagami bit his finger and refused Mingye again. He tore open his shirt and drew a barrier symbol.
"Inner Four Symbols Seal."
As he silently invoked the ninjutsu's name, the symbol on his chest immediately expanded, enveloping the area within a hundred meters. Mingye casually tossed Shisui outside the barrier's range before charging straight at Kagami Uchiha. The barrier activated at once, but Mingye was countless times faster than its space-devouring effect. He drove his sword through Kagami Uchiha's heart and shredded it, then tore open the skin on his chest, ripping it apart. Mingye sealed the inscription on it with one hand. Once he had finished, his Mangekyō Sharingan spun rapidly, and swastika-shaped pupils appeared at the corners of the Three Tomoe.
"You forced my hand!"
"Tsukuyomi!"
"This is..."
Shisui woke from his coma, only to find himself at a lakeside training ground he knew very well. When he looked toward the lake, he saw someone sitting on a rock by the shore—a figure so familiar that Shisui's legs went weak, and he stumbled backward in terror.
"Shisui Uchiha! You're finally awake!"
Staring at the man with a trembling body, Shisui could not even raise his arms.
"Where is my father?!"
"You tell me."
That joking answer turned Shisui's terror into rage. His eyes spun continuously, and the one tomoe in his Sharingan condensed into two more. Mingye could not help applauding him in praise.
"Three Tomoe Sharingan at twelve years old. Your talent truly hasn't disappointed me! Not bad! Not bad!"
The first thing Shisui did after awakening his Three Tomoe was try to avenge his father. He charged straight at Mingye, only for Susanoo to slam him into the ground
