As always, a cold smile hung on Reverse-Flash's lips, laden with deep mockery.
He was always like this, enjoying looking at his archenemy with a faintly mocking expression.
"If I were you, I would've killed me when you won." Reverse-Flash tapped the glass and surveyed his surroundings.
He had been involved in the construction of these prisons to some extent, yet they had ultimately become the cells meant to hold him.
