Blackest Night!

As the first batch of energy beings affected by the Genesis Light, the seven of them gained their own emotions after fleeing the darkness in disgrace and connected to the Emotional Spectrum.

After the Genesis Light beat the Blackest Night Emperor into hibernation, it weakened too much and devolved into the Life Entity before falling into slumber as well.

Only the seven great Lantern Beasts remained.

Then these seven fellows refused to stay peaceful. The first to make a move was the Greedy Desire Python. This great serpent set its sights on the badly injured Proselyte Octopus and wanted to swallow it whole.

The Ion Shark had survived because the Proselyte Octopus had repaired its body with its severed limbs. It owed the Proselyte Octopus the greatest debt, so naturally it would not allow such a thing to happen. Thus, it began fighting the python.

The Ion Shark's hot-tempered big brother, the Blood Butcher Bull, had not even recovered from its injuries, but when its little brother was in trouble, it could not stand aside. Without another word, it rolled up its sleeves and joined the Ion Shark in beating up the python.

The leader, the Radiant Phoenix, fluttered its wings and desperately tried to mediate from the sidelines, shouting for them to stop fighting, but it did not take a single practical action. It was enjoying the spectacle more than anyone.

Meanwhile, the Proselyte Octopus had extended too many tentacles into the darkness to rescue the other Lantern Beasts, allowing the darkness to invade it. A large number of its tentacles necrotized, forcing it to amputate them. Its will was thrown into disorder, and its mind was injured.
