Donnie's duplicate forcibly dragged the seven Lantern Entities over from Cybertron.

The seven differently shaped, differently colored creatures stared blankly at this new world.

Donnie blasted away the swarm of Black Lantern zombies and walked toward the Lantern Entities step by step.

Unable to find the Life Entity, he had to do this—not only to seek a way to fight the Blackest Night Emperor, but also to show the Life Entity.

No one knew better than Donnie that the Life Entity was here. The moment the Blackest Night Emperor awakened, the Life Entity had already begun silently observing, watching every life in the multiverse.

Including Donnie.

Donnie had no interest in passively waiting for the Life Entity to reveal itself, much less the patience to wait until the Blackest Night Emperor had nearly slaughtered everyone before it appeared as a savior and scattered the White Lantern Rings to besiege him.

More importantly, Donnie had never intended to wear a White Lantern Ring from the beginning. Compared to a White Lantern Ring, he would rather wear a Black Lantern Ring.

Because he could resist the Black Lantern Ring's influence. In the original story, Diana had been able to resist its control for a short time. There was no reason Donnie, a Unique God, could not. In fact, he had been right—the Black Lantern Ring could not control his true body.

But the White Lantern Ring was different. Everyone who wore one was effectively signing an unbreakable contract with the Life Entity. A White Lantern could use the Life Entity's power, but had to work for it as well, using every possible means to carry out its orders, whether the White Lantern was willing or not.
