On Earth in the information age, any news traveled incredibly fast.

Many people already knew that a new hero had appeared, clad in a red battle suit and looking remarkably like Superman. He could fly, possessed tremendous strength, and could fire off little bolts of lightning with a biu biu biu. He was incredibly powerful.

At first, people thought Superman had simply changed into a new outfit. Later, they realized that was not the case. This new hero called himself Shazam.

At the same time, he was not exactly bright, and he charged for his acts of heroism—twenty dollars each time. The price was practically free, so many people deliberately staged situations where they were being hurt just to attract this idiot.

No matter what others thought, Billy was extremely satisfied. Holding the twenty dollars he had just earned, he felt delighted.

"Shazam!"

Billy shouted, transforming back into a fifteen-year-old kid. This transformation ability was far too convenient; all he had to do was shout a slogan, and no one could discover him.

Especially after Billy accidentally discovered that he was invulnerable to blades and bullets, he practically soared with joy. Criminals' weapons were useless against him aside from wasting ammunition.
