Why I Didn't Revive the Saiyan Race...

These past few days, I've seen people asking me why I didn't use Shenron to revive the Saiyan race and their planet, and instead chose to search the entire universe for surviving Saiyan groups. Since there was too much to say, I decided to make a separate chapter to explain.

First, I won't go into how Planet Vegeta came to be. Those who know, know.

From my own perspective, I don't think reviving those former Saiyans as subordinates would be worth it.

Why?

The Saiyans back then, under Frieza's rule, only knew how to plunder planets everywhere. They had little ability to develop their own race. You could force them to submit through strength, but what happened when you weren't around?

The surviving Saiyans, on the other hand, knew what true terror was, understood how rare opportunities were, and had witnessed truly terrifying power. Those were the kinds of people a weak civilization needed if it wanted to develop.

Some people might say that the Dragon Ball world was all about power levels, not development or technology. But then I didn't understand—what conflict was there between advanced technology and growing stronger?

A higher level of technology could more accurately discover and awaken powerful talents, couldn't it?

Besides, why was this universe ranked near the bottom in the Grand Priest's statistics? Did Frieza and the Saiyans seriously have no idea?

And weren't the Saiyans who managed to survive harsh environments and pursuit far better than them?

Besides, if they ran into another guy like Frieza, their knees would probably go weak again.

So that was why I didn't revive the Saiyan race. I hoped everyone understood.
