In the end, Vegeta's body was swallowed by Cell's Kamehameha.
When Cell lowered his hand, Vegeta's body fell to the ground like a kite with its string cut.
Cell could have completely destroyed Vegeta, but he had previously promised the modern Cell that, whenever possible, he would not kill these people.
Cell looked up at the sky, seemingly having sensed where Son Goku was. Just as he was about to head over, a blurry figure suddenly appeared before him.
"Son Goku!"
Cell looked at the man before him and said, "What technique is that?"
Son Goku answered calmly, "It's called Instant Transmission."
Cell narrowed his eyes slightly. "Have you already prepared yourself to die?"
Son Goku said, "Cell, wouldn't such a boring victory be boring to you as well?"
Cell raised a brow at that. "What are you trying to say?"
"Give me time, and I'll give you a truly satisfying battle. How about it?" Son Goku stared at Cell.
"What if I say no?" Cell gazed at Son Goku.
"Then you can't keep me here either. I can take anyone here with me, and you won't be able to find me. But I believe you definitely won't do that, because Saiyan cells flow through your body too." Son Goku looked completely at ease, as though he was not worried that Cell would attack at all.
"How long do you need?" Cell asked.
"One week. We only need one week!" Son Goku said, raising one finger.
"Fine. No problem." Cell nodded.
But he immediately added, "However, if you are even one day late, I'll destroy a city."
"Fine." Son Goku agreed. After all, no matter how many people died, they could be revived with the Dragon Balls.
"Good. I'll name this battle the 'Cell Games.' I'll wait for you here."
