Kingsley Shacklebolt frowned. "Mr. Lovegood, is there anything we need to do?"
"No need..." Wizet shook his head lightly. He walked over to the injured Auror, raised his wand, and gave it a gentle wave. "This is Professor Sprout's magical technique?"
"That's right!" Nymphadora Tonks admitted, a hint of surprise appearing on her face. "You can tell?"
As a Hufflepuff graduate, she had indeed learned some magical techniques from Sprout in her spare time.
"I can tell a little..." Wizet nodded. "If that's the case, it'll be easier to treat..."
"Finite Incantatem!" He changed the arc of his wand, and a soft emerald-green glow appeared at its tip. "Episkey!"
The injured Auror's complexion rapidly regained its color. The ulcerated skin and pus fell to the ground, and in the blink of an eye, fresh skin had covered the wounds.
"Hiss..." After taking a deep breath, the injured Auror quickly opened his eyes and struggled to sit up.
Kingsley Shacklebolt's eyes widened. He had not expected Wizet's treatment to work so quickly.
Seeing the injured Auror trying to rise, he hurried over and helped him up. "Gawain, are you all right?"
"I'm fine now! I can feel it!" Gawain shook his head. "I nearly thought I was going to die... I never expected to survive!"
Kingsley Shacklebolt looked at Wizet and asked in a puzzled tone, "Mr. Lovegood, what exactly was the curse on those venomous snakes?"
"Chronic Curse, a composite spell." Wizet gave a simple explanation. "It mainly combines poison curses, hexes, and curses, so it's a little troublesome."
Kingsley Shacklebolt suddenly understood. "So it was Chronic Curse. I know the name of that Dark Magic!"
He knew it was a particularly formidable piece of Dark Magic, and his voice was filled with gratitude. "Mr. Lovegood, thank you so much!"
