"Perhaps they have been comfortable for too long. This wizard called Cornelius Fudge... is the worst Minister for Magic among all the ones I have encountered."
"What high praise!" Selina Pendragon's tone carried a hint of teasing. "Is there some personal grudge behind that assessment?"
