Deep in the Parisian countryside stood an abandoned stone manor.
Once, vines had greedily wormed their way into every crevice, brazenly claiming the manor for themselves.
The stained glass set in the manor's window openings had long since shattered, allowing sunlight to pour in unobstructed.

The light had nearly vanished from his eyes. He could only make one final, meaningless call. "Juliette... Juli..."
His voice vanished along with his life. The blood-soaked young girl crawled on the ground, her back arched and all four limbs planted against the floor. Like a still-hungry beast, she seemed ready to attack anyone around her at any moment.
One of the cloaked figures moved. He raised his wand at the young girl, and amid a teeth-grating series of cracks, she was folded like a piece of clothing into a bloody cube.
"Melvin, are you getting rusty? The angle of that fold was off. It could easily pierce the internal organs—the heart, liver, kidneys... They're all still useful!"
"Calchas, are you questioning Gregory's skills? I didn't cast magic on her internal organs. Soaking them in potions will do. Don't Muggles
