During the start-of-term feast, Wizet himself was almost more captivating than the steaming food on the tables.
The new students from all four Houses were buzzing with excitement, each trying to squeeze closer to Wizet, their wide eyes brimming with curiosity as they stared at him eagerly.

Only after those students shuddered and retreated a few steps did the Grey Lady say in a cold, stern voice, "New students! Your noise is tarnishing this feast!"
"What you should be exploring is magical knowledge, not these vague and groundless fantasies! Now! Return to your seats and do what you ought to do!"
Under her scolding, one ring of new students withdrew, only for another ring to crowd in.
The Grey Lady repeated the same tactic and finally got those new students back to their seats.
