Wizet nodded in confirmation. "Yes. After transcending his 'animal instincts,' Draco cast it using his Animagus form."

"You added a... Ritual Magic Array?" Malcolm Sharma frowned slightly, trying to digest Wizet's explanation.
But he was not a wizard, and there were some things he simply could not grasp, even when Wizet explained them plainly.
His response was to keep asking questions. "So... he couldn't achieve that magical effect on his own? He couldn't change extreme weather over such a large area?"
"He can't at present." Wizet kept his answer cautious. "People keep improving. I can't make such a sweeping judgment."
