Hearing another groan nearby, Paul Smith took a deep breath, firmly suppressed his curiosity to keep watching, and began considering how to organize the cleanup.
He soon came up with a plan and immediately called Jimmy and Brian over. "Jimmy, we'll do what we did before. I'll separate the No-Majs from the Dark wizards, then count them."
"Jimmy, check them for anything dangerous, starting with the No-Majs... Brian, head back to MACUSA and tell Will and Jerry to come here."
Brian looked hesitant. He glanced at Wizet, then turned to Paul Smith. "Paul, are we just telling Will and the others to come?"
"If we ran into an ambush on this scale, won't the enemies we face next... be even more dangerous? Shouldn't we bring all the Aurors and Hit Wizards?"
"Brian, I understand what you mean, but I think..." Paul Smith sighed. "We can't do that just yet."
Noticing the confusion on Brian's and Paul's faces, he took another deep breath and explained gravely, "I understand how you feel, but as Aurors and Hit Wizards, what we need to do now is stay calm."
