Joseph Bonanno frowned slightly. He truly could not fathom Wizet's thoughts or understand why Wizet had raised that question.

What troubled him most was that while he could not figure out what Wizet was thinking, being watched by Wizet gave him a strange feeling, as though he had been seen through.

He maintained eye contact with Wizet, doing his best to uphold that feigned sincerity as he forced out a bitter smile.
