After reciting that passage, Hermione looked thoroughly delighted. "This is what the paper is really about! It's not as simple as drinking Belladonna water and running laps!"
Seamus Finnigan did not interrupt Hermione. With her explaining things, Ron would probably realize what they were trying to do.
"This paper... I think I've read it too." Ron scratched his head. "I thought it made quite a lot of sense..."
"Of course it does!" Hermione lifted her chin slightly. "And what I recited earlier wasn't even the best part! I prefer Wizet's conclusion at the end!"
"The reason Wizet wanted to study Ritual Magic was because he believed... 'The path of the pioneers points us in a direction, but we must remind ourselves that it is not the only path.'"
"'Once we understand that the essence of Ritual Magic is "resonance between body and mind," we will no longer be content to be followers. What we should truly do is explore a path of magic that belongs to ourselves alone.'"
"'We must examine our hearts, find ways to focus our minds, and discover symbols that awaken our convictions. The moment you resonate with magic, you will have found your own unique key.'"
"'We must try to preserve, refine, and repeat that "moment"... Through this method, a Ritual Magic of your own creation, belonging to you alone, will be born!'"
"That's right! Exactly that!" Seamus Finnigan slapped his thigh hard. "Hermione, you put it perfectly! Repeat! 'Repetition' is so important!"
Ron still looked baffled, his brows knotted together as his gaze darted back and forth between Hermione and Seamus.
Hermione met Ron's eyes, merely shrugged, and glanced at Seamus Finnigan with a touch of helplessness. Clearly, she did not think Seamus Finnigan truly understood the deeper meaning of the paper.
