Back at the wall where the Room of Requirement was located, the Grey Lady's figure trembled slightly.
Facing the wall before her, she drifted back and forth, as though both expressing the unease in her heart and gathering the courage to face her mother.
From their earlier conversation, Harry had roughly guessed that the Grey Lady had made some kind of mistake. It was only natural that she would be in such a state now.
It was like his cousin Dudley—before going home after doing something wrong, he would be just as nervous.
Wizet noticed the Grey Lady's unusual behavior as well and said gently, "Grey Lady, Headmistress Ravenclaw's greatest wish is simply to see you once more. Nothing else is truly that important."
"I understand..." The Grey Lady nodded, finally steadying herself before the wall instead of drifting back and forth.
Wizet raised his wand, and the Obscurus Core pumped forth Ancient Magic Power.
Ancient Magic Power poured from the tip of his wand. The wall seemed to be washed away, revealing an exquisitely carved door.
The door stirred the Grey Lady's memories, drawing a sob from her. "It's... it's still the same..."
Before Wizet could wave his wand to open the door, it opened on its own.
What was more, Rowena Ravenclaw had already come to the doorway. Her gaze fell upon the Grey Lady as she said, "Helena, you're back!"
The Grey Lady's figure trembled even more violently as she choked out, "Mother!"
She rushed toward Rowena Ravenclaw, only to stop herself abruptly, as though afraid that a ghost's distinctive chill would harm the mother who had come forward to welcome her.
Rowena Ravenclaw took a step forward herself and lifted her hands, loosely embracing the Grey Lady. "I'm here! Helena, my Helena! I'm here!"
