"She really does care about you and Harry," Wizet said, recalling their last conversation in the library. "She asked me what she should do so you wouldn't dislike her."

"I told her not to talk like she was looking down on people, and that she could be a little more tactful. Hermione really is direct when she speaks, and fixing that in a short time is hard."

Night had deepened, and the smell of roast pumpkin had grown even stronger, spreading through the entire castle.
