Michael looked at the crowd of students blocking the corridor and could not help sighing. "I never expected that just taking the time to help Anthony write a reading list would draw so many people..."

"What reading list?" Ron turned and asked. "Do you know what the selection test involves?"

Wizet replied, "We only know part of it. To get through that door, you need to answer questions about the Triwizard Tournament."

"So that's it!" Ron suddenly understood. "No wonder Fred came running over to ask us... Hermione, do you remember what he asked?"

"The date of the twelfth Triwizard Tournament..." Hermione nodded. "George's question was... a magical creature included as an event in the sixth Triwizard Tournament."

"Oh?" Wizet caught something unusual in that. "So the questions aren't random?"

"Probably not..." Harry nodded. "At least, that's what George said... After Hermione told him the answer, he ran back in."

"So that's how it is..." Wizet murmured. "I think... I understand Headmaster Dumbledore's intention now."

"What intention?" It was not only Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Michael who asked; everyone nearby who heard Wizet spoke up with the same question.

Wizet did not keep them in suspense. "I think Headmaster Dumbledore probably... wants us to experience a relatively safe Triwizard Tournament through this selection test."

Ron was always quick to react at times like this. "You mean it's the participation that counts?"

"Not exactly..." Wizet could not help laughing. "The original purpose of the Triwizard Tournament was to promote exchange among wizards..."

"And the Triwizard Tournament requires events designed around magical ability, wisdom, and courage, to test the selected Champions."

Harry caught on. "So... this counts as a test of wisdom?"

"Then behind that door..." Hermione continued, "there'll be magical ability and courage..."
