On his way back from the Map Chamber, Wizet passed a second-floor corridor window and heard an argument outside.

Durmstrang's Magical Ship was moored on the Black Lake, and through this window, he happened to be able to see the side of the ship nearest the shore.

The Magical Ship was rocking continuously and irregularly, accompanied by the sound of splashing water. It seemed to have come under attack from something.

Wizet had only just encountered the light-and-shadow forms of those aquatic creatures at the bottom of the Black Lake in the "Shadow World." Naturally, this situation caught his interest.

Based on the deductions he had just made, the real world, the "Shadow World," and the "Otherworld" could influence one another;

which meant that the attack on Durmstrang's Magical Ship might be related to his magical experiment in the "Shadow World."

Wizet walked to the other side of the shore. From this angle, he could see the ship's far side.

A good number of Grindylows had gathered there.

Their skin was a dark green like waterweed, with several sharp horns protruding from their heads. Half-submerged in the lake, they were trying to overturn the Magical Ship.

Around a dozen Durmstrang students had gathered on the deck. They raised their wands and cast various spells in an attempt to attack the Grindylows.

Yet whenever the Durmstrang students cast a spell, strange cries rang out.

The cries came from the Merpeople farther away. They repeatedly opened and closed their mouths full of sharp teeth, directing the Grindylows and telling them to evade the incoming magic.

Besides giving orders, the Merpeople were actively attacking as well. Some swung their arms, hurling rocks and shells at the Durmstrang students on deck.

Others held Lobberworms in their hands and attacked the Durmstrang students.
