Huanglong arrived at Whole Cake Island and negotiated with Big Mom over Smoker, Seraphim, and the Giant Tribe. At the Super Tea Party, he met Stussy and Hancock as the Underworld Emperors gathered to welcome him.

• Giberson, Morgans, Stussy, and Umit welcomed the Desolate Dragon Group, while Giberson ignored his captured cousin Kibokun to protect his ambitions for his family.
• Morgans photographed Huanglong and Big Mom arriving together and anticipated reporting their alliance to the world.

Du Galt launched a bid to become the Dark Gold King after hearing that his uncle Feld had died, but his supposed allies were revealed as CP0 agents manipulating the family into civil war. As the agents massacred the family’s guards, Du Paul Gatti fled to preserve his claim to leadership.

• Du Galt ordered his followers to kill his cousins and seize control of the Dark Gold Family after learning Feld had supposedly died on Whole Cake Island.
• Du Paul Gatti received confirmation that Feld had fallen and accused Galt’s mysterious allies of being CP0 agents.
• Gernika revealed his identity, and the CP0 agents used their Six Powers techniques to attack the Dark Gold Family’s guards.
• Gernika’s group had recruited Galt to provoke a succession struggle and weaken the family for the World Government.

After Dufeld was assassinated at Big Mom’s tea party, Huanglong urged the Underworld Emperors to help attack G1 Fortress, but they refused and rushed to protect their businesses. The Dark Gold Family’s crisis then pushed them toward the Desolate Dragon Group, while Huanglong added integrating the Underworld forces to his plans.

• Huanglong suggested that Katakuri and the Underworld forces attack G1 Fortress to avenge Feld, but Drago Pairo, Peklo, Giberson, and Umit declined.

• Casino guards confronted Cavendish for riding into Tesoro’s territory, and Cavendish cut them down without killing them.
• Cavendish attacked Issho with sword techniques, but Issho blocked his strike and crushed Cavendish and Falulu with gravity.
• Great Eagle Igo arrived and mocked Cavendish, while Hanafusa approached Issho and said the Shichibukai had come together.

• Great Eagle Igo rallied the Shichibukai to attack Issho before the Desolate Dragon Group arrived, and Mihawk withdrew rather than fight alongside them.
• Weevil rushed at Issho while Igo and Hanafusa attacked from the sides, and Hanafusa ordered Jinbe to join the fight.
