VS Clone Vegito, Little Brother's Evolution (Part 2)

The reason Clone Vegito had suddenly grown stronger was all thanks to Android 21. Back when she had performed the genetic programming, she had installed a lock: once his strength reached a certain level, the genetic lock would open, allowing him to obtain power beyond his own upper limit. The drawback, however, was that the user's body would collapse.

None of this mattered in Android 21's eyes. After all, she had the complete genetic programming. At worst, she could just clone an even more perfect one.

"Roar!!"

Clone Vegito let out a low growl and charged toward Gogeta at high speed.

Gogeta had no time to react before he was struck heavily in the abdomen. His entire body shot backward, smashing through the island, then skidding several hundred meters along the seafloor before he finally stabilized himself.

Before he could even catch his breath, Clone Vegito was already on him like a shadow. His iron fist rose high, bringing endless pressure as it smashed down. Gogeta crossed his arms to block, and the seabed beneath his feet instantly caved in, forming a pit a thousand meters deep. Seawater surged in from every direction, forming a massive whirlpool.

Gogeta was secretly shocked, but there was not the slightest fear in his eyes—only blazing fighting spirit. He took a deep breath, and the spiritual energy around his body surged again. His feet stomped hard on the seabed, using the recoil to rush at Clone Vegito. The two burst out from the bottom of the sea and once again launched into fierce close-quarters combat in the air.

Every collision produced energy ripples visible to the naked eye, like lightning in a storm, tearing apart the surrounding air.

Clone Vegito seemed to have gone mad with bloodlust, his offensive growing even more ferocious. He spun around, his left leg whipping toward Gogeta's head like a lash. Gogeta bent down to dodge, grabbed Clone Vegito's ankle with both hands, and hurled him into the distance with force.

Clone Vegito adjusted his posture in midair and gathered a huge dark-red energy sphere in front of his chest with both hands. Lightning flickered around the sphere, and even space was distorted. He thrust the energy sphere out with force, and it instantly turned into a bolt of red lightning, shooting straight toward Gogeta.

Gogeta raised his right hand high and condensed a golden energy disc. The edge of the disc flickered with a razor-sharp glow. With a loud shout, he sent the energy disc to meet the energy sphere. The two collided with a deafening boom, lighting up the entire sky.

The powerful impact sent both of them flying again. Clone Vegito flipped several times in midair and stabilized himself, while Gogeta smashed through the peak of a deserted island and became embedded in the mountain.

Clone Vegito instantly appeared above Gogeta, clenched both fists, and raised them high. The energy throughout his body madly converged onto his fists, forming two enormous energy gauntlets, which he brought smashing down with force. Before his fists even touched the mountain, the immense pressure had already shaken the surrounding rocks into powder, and the mountain began to collapse.

"Super Big Bang Kamehameha!!"

Gogeta fired an energy wave.

Clone Vegito's gauntlets collided with the energy wave, and the island was directly obliterated by the explosion.

Gogeta spat out a mouthful of blood and rushed out of the explosive light in an extremely battered state.

Clone Vegito grinned and laughed wildly.

In the distance, at a place where the position had barely changed.

"Looks like your friend isn't doing too well. Aren't you going to help?"

Android 21 said this purely as a probe.

How could Luo Chuan not know what Android 21 was thinking? He smiled faintly and said, "Help? There's no need. For him, this is undoubtedly the best tempering."

Android 21 gave a cold smile. She had confidence in her own masterpiece.

Gogeta touched his already-broken arm and looked at the powerful enemy across from him, unable to help murmuring under his breath.

"So this is what Big Brother meant by only being able to touch the threshold in a desperate situation."

Gogeta released God Form, closed his eyes, and regulated his breathing, recalling the method Luo Chuan had explained in the alternate space for transforming into Super Saiyan 5. Back in that alternate space, he had basically already grasped it; he had simply never touched the threshold. But now it was different.

Clone Vegito did not know what Gogeta was trying to do, but he knew this was a good opportunity, so he began gathering energy and fired the Final Kamehameha.

The energy wave rushed toward Gogeta like a python that had been starving for a long time.

In the fraction of a second before the energy wave was about to swallow him, Gogeta suddenly opened his eyes. The aura around him underwent a tremendous change, white light flared up, and immediately after came a massive explosion.

The sound of that explosion was like tens of millions of shells detonating beside one's ears at the same time, shaking the eardrums until they ached and making the soul itself tremble. In an instant, it tore the surrounding air apart, and the powerful shock wave it formed swept out in all directions.

Because Clone Vegito had no consciousness of his own, and was only a machine that followed orders, he could not sense Gogeta's ki. Thinking his opponent was dead, he began laughing loudly.

But after only a few seconds, the sound came to an abrupt stop.

He heard that man's voice.

"Do you know how awful your laugh sounds?"

Whoosh! A streak of light flashed past, and Clone Vegito was struck heavily in the face and sent flying. The streak of light followed close behind, and with another muffled thud and several cracking sounds, a few of Clone Vegito's teeth fell out.

"Ah!!!!"

He roared and desperately erupted with aura, forcing Gogeta back.

At this moment, Gogeta's body hair and hair had both turned silver-white. That was right—he had successfully transformed into Super Saiyan 5. His strength had already surpassed Clone Vegito, who had both Godly Power and genetic release.

"So this is the power of Super Saiyan 5?! Compared to Super Saiyan 4, they're simply worlds apart."

Gogeta clenched his fist and sighed with feeling.

"If I'd had power this strong back then, maybe everyone..."

A trace of grief flashed through his eyes, but he quickly hid it away.

Clone Vegito arrived in front of Gogeta at a speed a hundred times faster than Instant Transmission and threw a furious punch.

The power of this punch was no small thing. Wherever the pressure of the fist passed, space distorted.

Gogeta's expression was calm. Such a fierce punch appeared utterly ordinary in his eyes, and he blocked it with a mere raise of his hand. The impact that erupted shattered space.

Because space had shattered, the two of them entered an alternate space.

"It's time to end this."

Gogeta began gathering energy. He was going to unleash the Final Big Bang Kamehameha.

Clone Vegito sensed the energy his opponent was condensing and instinctively detected the danger of death. And so, he erupted with all of his energy.

That outburst was what caused Clone Vegito to start convulsing, his aura leaking out rapidly.

Seeing this, Gogeta sighed, withdrew his hand, and stood still. The moment he entered the Super Saiyan 5 realm, he had already noticed the problems with his opponent's body.

Clone Vegito's body began to break apart into fragments and dissipate. He let out an extremely unwilling roar.

"Ah! What a shame you're only a clone. If you were the real Vegito, I think the battle between us would definitely have been even more spectacular."

After sighing once more, he punched the alternate space. Space split open, and he vanished with it, returning to Earth.

Sensing Gogeta's aura, Luo Chuan smiled and looked at Android 21.

"See? I told you I wasn't wrong."

"Damn it!" Android 21's expression changed, and her body immediately turned intangible and disappeared.

"She ran pretty fast."

Luo Chuan curled his lip. He did not give chase, because he had a feeling they would meet again.

"Big Brother, I'm back."

Gogeta flew over, waving his hand.

Luo Chuan nodded, patted him on the shoulder, and smiled.

"So, how was it? The power of Super Saiyan 5 is strong, isn't it?"

Gogeta nodded in agreement.

The two chatted for a while, then Gogeta suddenly said, "Big Brother, I want to go back."

"Go back? All right. I understand."

Gogeta froze for a moment, then bowed to Luo Chuan in gratitude.

"Enough, don't get so sentimental. Go back and finish what you need to do. I hope we can meet again later."

With a thought, Luo Chuan brought Gogeta back to his own space-time.

"Big Brother, until we meet again."

Gogeta flew away, and Luo Chuan also left that space-time.
