Chapter Summaries

Lu Li discovered a Water Stone Vein in the cavern and made a deal with the Lombre leader to have Pokémon mine it. He learned that the Noibat tribe had fled the Qingyun Mountains’ core after their ancestors entered a Secret Realm, then returned to camp and planned to search for Sandshrew the next day.

• Lu Li found a large Water Stone and persuaded the Lombre leader to guard the mine in exchange for letting its tribe keep the Water Stones it mined.
• Lu Li met the Noibat tribe, rejected the idea of catching one because none had suitable aptitude, and learned their ancestors had entered a Secret Realm in the Qingyun Mountains’ core.
• Lu Li realized the Noibat’s story supported rumors of a large Secret Realm deep in the mountains and decided it was too dangerous to explore for now.

• Lu Li sent Milotic to guard a Sewer passage while Baobao used Psychic Power to collect Pokémon Eggs from the sludge.
• Milotic immobilized the charging Grimers with Charm Voice, giving Eike and the others time to escape with six eggs.
• After the others fled, Lu Li used Psychic Power to retrieve Black Sludge and caught up with the group outside the Sewer.
• Lu Li chose two sticky Grimer eggs first, and Eike, Lian Sheyi, Wei, Baobao, and the others divided the remaining eggs.
• Eike and Lian Sheyi left, while Wei and Baobao agreed to visit Lu Li’s Home.
