Class A is the highest position in Advanced Nurturing High School's real-time ranking system. The A–D labels are not ordinary homeroom divisions: they reflect a class's overall strength and annual standing. 3

The school’s upper-grade rosters reveal a consistent pattern: Class A retains more students than the lower-ranked classes, while Classes B through D suffer progressively greater attrition and expulsion pressure. 3

Although Bai Mu ranked second overall in the first-year entrance evaluation, Sakayanagi Arisu states that school management deliberately reduced his comprehensive assessment and placed him in Class B rather than the Class A tier because he was an exchange student from China. 10 11
